Three days exploring and opening the joy, freedom and fulfilment of authentic embodiment.
The starting point and end point of self realization is where consciousness manifests through physical matter, whether it is in the creation of the universe, or through the cells of an individual body. This meeting point of consciousness and matter unlocks the doors to freedom through physical manifestation,
Working at the somatic layer of cellular memory and deep relaxation into physical presence beyond comfort and discomfort, The Joy of Embodiment will bring the formulas to release, realize and liberate unconscious contractions of spirit that separate us from the full experience of individuality within unity.
The workshop combines recent discoveries of science with experiential exploration into through the wonder of being here, in human form, and the inherent bliss in reunion through the physical body. Each day runs from 10 am to 6 pm, and includes a vegetarian lunch and refreshment breaks.
Cost for the 3 days: 360 Euros.*

*Sliding scale: in support of community, reductions of up to 10 percent are offered for students who have attended other workshops within the past 6 months, as well as to couples, students and those presently of low income.
